Today we pause to remember and honor the EMS professionals who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

Their courage, dedication, and commitment to serving others will never be forgotten. EMS Remembrance Day is a time to reflect on the risks faced by first responders and to recognize those who gave their lives while caring for others.

As we close EMS Week 2026, we remember that “Improving Outcomes, Together” is made possible through the service and sacrifice of generations of EMS professionals.
