College offices will be closed to the public on Tuesday, September 1st due to Convocation.

Convocation is the annual gathering of the College faculty, administrators, and staff to celebrate the start of a new academic year.

"Coming to PCCC was without a doubt, the best decision I ever made." 🎓✨

After dropping out of high school twice, Thomas Melani wasn't sure formal education was for him. Navigating high school with autism and ADHD felt overwhelming, and traditional classrooms just didn't fit his learning style.
Then he tried Passaic County Community College.

What started as an affordable way to earn a degree turned into a transformative journey. Guided by professors who genuinely cared and mentored by faculty who pushed him to think deeply, Thomas rediscovered his love for learning. Fast forward to today: he’s PCCC’s Class of 2026 Valedictorian, heading off to Rutgers University to major in philosophy!

High school wasn't the end of his story, and your past doesn't have to define your future either. If you’ve ever felt like school wasn't built for you, find a place that is.

Today we are highlighting Tania, a bilingual Governor’s Hispanic Fellow currently interning at The Sanar Institute.

She earned her Associate Degree in Business Administration from Passaic County Community College with Highest Honors this past May, and in the fall, she will be attending Rutgers University-Newark to pursue a B.S. in Marketing.
