Looking for housing for the 2015-2016 academic year?
If you are a current resident student: you are eligible to pay the $100.00 room deposit for the upcoming academic year by 4:30 p.m. February 1, 2015. You may do so by following these instructions
How to Pay Your Room Deposit (Online – Ach/Credit Card Payments)

1. Log into your Online Resources Portal (https://webamc.annamaria.edu/fusebox.cfm)
2. Click on the Financials tab
3. Select the Pay Your Bill tab under the Student Billing tab
4. Select Click Here to Make a Payment
5. Select Room Deposit for $100.00
6. Add the item to your shopping cart
7. Proceed with payment information
8. A receipt will be emailed to the email address on file or the email address entered by the payer
9. Save the receipt for confirmation of the paid room deposit


Any current resident student that requires an extension on the room deposit deadline must contact their Resident Director or the Director of Residence Life prior to the deadline. If you miss the deadline and did not request an extension, you will be added to the waitlist.


If you are a current commuter student looking to live on campus for the 2015-2016 academic year, you are not eligible to pay the room deposit. You may request to be added to the waitlist for housing. The waitlist starts on February 2, 2015. All students on the waitlist are housed on a first come/first serve basis. No deposit is required.


Please remember, all students who paid a room deposit will be issued a room lottery number by random based on the student’s year of graduation. Please double check with our Registrar’s Office to ensure you have the correct year of graduation listed on our records.
Important Dates for Housing:
February 1, 2015- Last day for eligible students to pay their room deposit/ask for an extension
February 2, 2015- Waitlist opens for all students
May 1, 2015- Last day to request your room deposit back and receive full refund
June 1, 2015- Last day to cancel housing for the 2015-2016 academic year without cancellation fee
June 2, 2015- Any cancellation of housing will result in a $500.00 cancellation fee.

Due to the expected storm for Wednesday, we ask that students think about heading to their Thanksgiving break destinations when they finish classes today. Your safety is important to us. Please sign out with your RA prior to leaving. If you are leaving your car on campus during this break, we ask that you park behind Madonna Hall so the parking lots can be plowed effectively. Hope everyone saw this notice from Dean Klein today. We encourage everyone to be aware of the personal information you're posting online:

I am writing to warn you of a telephone scam that was prevalent across the country several months ago has begun to surface again. Please read this carefully and share the information with family and friends.

In recent days members of our community have received phone calls attempting to scam money from the victims. In these calls, the caller claims to be holding a family member hostage and threatens to harm or even kill the family member unless a ransom is paid through Western Union or other electronic means. The caller often has identifying information, such as the relative’s names and addresses, which are usually obtained through social networking sites.

If you receive a call of this nature, report it immediately to Paxton Police or your local police. Do NOT call the number back and do not share any further information. If you are on campus, bring the number to the Public Safety Office and an officer will return the call. If the caller calls again, tell them you will have an officer call them back and the calls usually cease at that time.
