Located within the UWF University Commons, the Conference and Event Services team manages a 126,000-square-foot facility in the heart of UWF’s main campus. The University Commons is home to unique and well equipped spaces designed to meet the needs of events both large and small, such as weddings, conferences, trade shows, luncheons, reunions and more. Reservations are open to the campus community

as well as the general public. A wide array of services and amenities are offered at competitive prices and friendly, professional staff are ready to help you make the most of your event. The Conference and Event Services team is primarily made up by current UWF Students. Each event in our space provides real-life work experience, networking opportunities and hands-on learning within a career-ready environment. The Conference and Event Services team is ready to serve you at your next event and looks forward to exceeding expectations for both organizers and attendees.
