IL Theta Chapter est. 1947 Pi Beta Phi was the first organization of college women founded as a national fraternity.

Founded at Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois in 1867, Pi Beta Phi has 135 active chapters and more than 330 alumnae groups in the United States and Canada.
