GREEK OF THE WEEK: Amelia Willett

Please help us celebrate Amelia!
Amelia was nominated by one of her sisters of Gamma Phi Beta to be this week’s Greek of the Week! She is a Sophomore from Coulterville, IL, majoring in Kinesiology and Health Science and double minoring in Nutrition, Speech Language and Hearing Science.

“Joining Greek life was never something I envisioned myself doing, but now, I wouldn’t change it for the world. Going through formal recruitment was scary at first, but I quickly realized it was excitement I was feeling, not fear. I met so many amazing women who were just as passionate as me about giving back. I quickly found home at Gamma Phi Beta after receiving hugs on the hardest days and smiles on the best days! Greek life has become my favorite thing about Bradley! Joining Greek life has presented me with opportunities I wouldn’t gain anywhere else. From serving as my chapter’s president, to volunteering with Girls on the Run, these experiences have allowed me to grow tremendously. I’ve built meaningful connections across all Greek organizations, not just Panhellenic, creating a community where I can go anywhere on campus and always recognize a friendly face.”

GREEK OF THE WEEK: Jackson Shaltiel

Please help us celebrate Jackson!
Jackson was nominated by his brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha to be this week’s Greek of the Week! He is a Senior from Mundelein, IL, triple majoring in Journalism, Advertising& Public Relations, and Media Production.

“I went Greek because I wanted to surround myself with a group of friends that will help me better myself academically, and as a leader, and Pike had all of that and much more. My favorite part of Greek life is all the opportunities it presents. You can hold many different leadership positions, attend conferences, get a nice chapter house you can enjoy, and build strong bonds with your brothers.”

GREEK OF THE WEEK: Kyleigh Ferguson

Please help us celebrate Kyleigh!
Kyleigh was nominated as this week’s Greek of the Week, nominated by her peers in Chi Omega. She is a Senior Psychology major from Morris, IL.

“I chose to join Greek life because I saw how involved and passionate the members were about their philanthropies and leadership opportunities throughout campus. When I first learned about Greek life it immediately felt like a place where I could build meaningful friendships and meet others who would motivate me to grow academically, socially, and personally. My favorite part of Greek life at Bradley has to be all of the opportunities it has given me throughout my college experience. I have been able to hold two leadership positions within my chapter, attend multiple conferences for both my sorority and the panhellenic council, and was grateful enough to be last year’s Panhellenic President. Being President of the Panhellenic Council allowed me to meet and work with so many other Panhellenic women on campus, and make many more friendships with women outside of my own chapter.”

Please help us celebrate Danielle!
Danielle was nominated as this week’s Greek of the Week, selected by one of her peers. She is a Senior Sociology major, with a double minor in Criminology and Family Consumer Sciences. Danielle is from Chicago, IL.

“I chose Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. because of the love and support I was given when I first came to campus all of the service that they did and strong bond of sisterhood. My favorite part of Greek life is supporting other organizations and attending different events!”
