June is designated as National Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, with the goal of raising awareness and promoting open conversations about the unique challenges men face with their mental health. This awareness is crucial as men are more likely to struggle with mental health issues like depression and su***de, often facing barriers to seeking help due to societal expectations and stigma. We wear green for Men’s Mental Health Month.
