Through paid, on-site education programs, scholarship loans, tuition reimbursement, and federally recognized apprenticeships, East Alabama Health is creating clear career pathways in nursing, medical coding, surgical technology, radiology, emergency services, and more. These initiatives remove financial and educational barriers while allowing participants to earn a paycheck, gain hands-on experience, and advance their careers close to home.
