Please sign (& share!) this open letter asking the ABA to publicly oppose the new ICE guidance for international students!

The new ICE guidelines, which prohibit students whose course loads are all online in the fall from entering or remaining in the United States, are inequitable and harmful to international students and the schools they attend. Furthermore, the new rule likely ineffective in managing COVID-19 spread because it subjects international students to unnecessary travel. We believe that the guidance is wrongheaded, to put it mildly, and we are asking the ABA, the leading representative body for professional attorneys and the accrediting organization for law schools, to openly state opposition to the new ICE policy and ask the Trump administration to change its guidelines.
