La Salle University's American Sign Language Club Our mission is to instruct, inform, and educate the La Sallian community on ASL and related issues, to advocate for the issues affecting the club.

The Mission Statement of the American Sign Language Club is to instruct, inform, and educate the La Sallian community on ASL and related issues, to advocate for the issues affecting the club and members of the community. The purpose and goals of our student organization, American Sign Language (ASL) Club, are intended to be consistent and compatible with the mission and goals of the University and its traditions.

General information

We will allow all full-time and part-time students to participate and will not discriminate based on race, religion, national origin, or physical handicap. Membership shall be open to all students attending La Salle University upon regular attendance (85%) to the meetings and events however it will close after the sixth meeting. Dues shall be $10.00 per semester and due every 2nd meeting of the semester or the 2nd meeting a new member attends. This would go to the club’s funds for annual trips or snacks.
