Organizational Dynamics at Penn

Organizational Dynamics at Penn Organizational Dynamics offers multi-disciplinary graduate degree programs for experienced and aspiring professionals.

Organizational Dynamics combines research-based knowledge and practical contexts to examine the subtleties of human behavior within existing systems, address multi-dimensional challenges, and transform organizational culture. Informed by a broad disciplinary perspective, the program content facilitates your understanding of the concepts and principles behind the theory, providing multidisciplinary

approaches to designing and evaluating organizational systems. Organizational Dynamics is an engaged community of practitioners, including distinguished faculty and research scholars who influence professional practice outside the University and bring their experiences in various industries and sectors, such as policy, coaching, business, and consulting into the classroom. Our small seminars foster a culture of integration, trust and reflection among professors and students. Organizational Dynamics cultivates an engaged network among current students, faculty, and alumni to promote lifelong learning throughout the Organizational Dynamics community.
