Research opportunity: Lead a pilot study with the Philadelphia Office of Sustainability!

The Composto Group (Materials Science & Engineering) and the City of Philadelphia are recruiting undergraduates to study CoolSeal, a reflective asphalt sealant, as an urban heat mitigation tool. You’ll take field measurements at a Philadelphia pilot site, analyze the public health and policy implications, and present next steps to city leaders.

Open to all four undergraduate schools. No experience necessary. ~3 hours/week.
