Next Saturday, November 20th, at 6 pm, a Trans Day of Remembrance vigil will be held at the Belltower to honor the members of our transgender community whose lives have been stolen from us by violence over the last year. There will be a certain amount of TDOR tshirts/sweatshirts distributed on a first come first serve basis. Please come to pay your respects and seek solace in each other.

We cannot afford to operate as if things are back to normal and not have this result in a public health disaster. There is a special alumnus option to select on said petition.
Our voices matter. We can do better. -Shane

We do not yet know if this is enforceable in parochial and charter schools, but it’s a very positive measure for the youth of Philadelphia. -Shane

The bill was passed as part of a broader package of “inclusion” legislation championed by at-large Councilwoman Helen Gym.
