2 great events this week!
Wednesday, 4/23 from 4-11PM we are hosting an alumni fundraiser at Bar Hygge in Fairmount to celebrate the release of Dragon Tears beer, a collaboration between Chef Ziccardi’s Kitchen Garden class, which grew the hops, and Brewery Techne. 21+ The event is free to attend and pay as you go for food and beverage. Then on Friday 4/25 10AM - Noon we will be hosting a Japanese Dashi workshop with Chef Lina Nagaya, “The Global influence of Japanese Dashi and Umami”. Sponsored by Dashi Okume and co-sponsored by Kiwami, this event will be held in our kitchen 6th floor, room 614) at Drexel University. Event will include talk, demonstration, and dashi tasting. Space is limited, RSVP to [email protected] to attend. Students will have the opportunity to make their own dashi blend.
