McNulty Leadership Program

McNulty Leadership Program We strive to develop world citizens - global leaders with an understanding of how they and their organizations can make a positive difference.

Wharton’s Leadership Program, which includes the Undergraduate Leadership Program, Graduate Leadership Program and the Center for Leadership and Change Management, seeks to develop global leaders who exemplify leadership at its best: when the vision is strategic, the voice persuasive, the results tangible and the impact global. Our shared focus is dedicated to advancing Wharton’s distinctive blend

of coursework, coaching, experiential learning and conferencing to develop the personal leadership capacities of our constituents at all stages of their careers. For more about Wharton Leadership Program:

Please join us in congratulating the three 2026 Lipman Family Prize winners: Barefoot College International, Food for All Africa, and Kheyti!

Chosen from 300+ organizations worldwide, they reflect the depth of innovation and measurable impact we see across the sector each year. We're proud to recognize their leadership in renewable energy access, food security, and climate-resilient agriculture.

As we mark 15 years of the Lipman Family Prize, we are thrilled to welcome these three organizations into a growing global network of leaders connected to the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School. We look forward to celebrating these leaders at Penn this April!

On a windy winter’s day in early February 2026, we were delighted to warm our hearts and smiles with two comedic scientists at Authors@Wharton! Adam Grant welcomed Andrea Jones-Rooy and Justin Gregg to Wharton for some improv and discussing the science of improv and how it can help you have fun, incorporate play in your everyday life, and uncover self-discoveries about yourself and others. A big thank you to Andrea and Justin for delighting the crowd with improv games and big laughs.

On November 3, 2025, the world’s great mentalist, Oz Pearlman, visited Penn to show off his mind-blowing tricks and to be in conversation with Adam Grant, as part of our Authors@Wharton Speaker Series, presented by the McNulty Leadership Program at the Wharton School. "Oz the Mentalist" discussed his newly released book “Read Your Mind” and the real skills behind his rise to success. The two reflected on Oz’s time working on Wall Street, the lessons he learned as a pizza parlor magician about gaining confidence, managing failure, taking smart risks, and of course, reading audience members’ minds!
