Dear Students:

We are writing to let you all know that ISSS has been relocated to the first floor of Weiss Hall. We will hold walk-ins virtually from 9-11 as usual, but afternoon walk-ins will be held in person.

Weiss Hall is located at 13th and Cecil B. More. When you enter the building there’s a set of double doors you would walk through to get to our new suite. Turn right after going through the doors and you’ll see our reception area at the end of the hallway.

There’s a security guard there who will also be able to direct you.

Dear Students,

As you may be aware, there was a fire in our building today. All of the staff are fine, absolutely no one was even remotely in any danger from the fire. However, our building has some smoke and water damage, so we won’t be at 1938 Liacouras Walk on Monday. The University has already identified what will probably be our temporary location, and we should be back to regular hours very soon.

We will hold our “walk-ins” virtually on Monday & Wednesday, both in the morning and the afternoon. The link to speak with an advisor during walk-in hours is

https://temple.zoom.us/j/99404426543

If you have an appointment scheduled with an advisor early next week, and it was scheduled to be in person, it will be changed to a virtual appointment.
We will keep you advised as we receive updates.

Have a great weekend all!

ISSS Team

What a delicious way to kick off Global Kitchen@Temple!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who joined us tonight for our inaugural event featuring special guest Chef Ange Branca, James Beard Award finalist! 👏🧑‍🍳

Hosted at Temple’s Aramark Kitchen, we got hands-on in the kitchen, learned to make Nasi Lemak — Malaysia’s iconic national dish — and explored the rich flavors, traditions, and cultural stories that make Malaysian cuisine so special. From discovering new ingredients to sharing the joy of cooking together, the evening was a beautiful celebration of food, culture, and community! 🇲🇾

Thank you for bringing your curiosity, enthusiasm, and appetite for discovery! This is just the beginning of our Global Kitchen@Temple journey, where we bring the world to our table, one dish at a time.
