"It's really hard to find a group of people at Penn as passionate, as creative, and ambitious as WUFT.

From our dope SF Tech Trek to booking out G06 for the Co-Founder of the Carlyle Group to bringing in the Head of Softbank's Vision Fund, WUFT is serious about our mission to bring finance and tech innovation -- and we execute accordingly. Being surrounded by this typa energy and excitement is infectious and has helped us get to where we are today.

Also, WUFT is fam. I joined because I love tech and I wanted to meet some sick people, and I stayed because I still love tech and have met some sick people. Having been in the club for the past year and a half, I have made some great memories with this group (BYOs, biweekly meetings, sick speaker events, SF treks) and am so grateful for all of it."

"Joining a community at Penn can be a bit daunting at times, especially as a freshman. Coming in, I didn’t know anything about Penn extracurriculars or even what interested me at all., so I based my club search on the most instinctive criteria: the people. Ever since dropping by WUFT at the club fair, I knew it was for me. The interview process was really chill, with questions based on team work and fit to find a good set of people that could click together. As a result, I’ve made some lifelong friends and mentors in this club who have taught me so much about finance, technology, and how to approach different problems. I’m so proud of what this club has been able to accomplish, from hosting speakers from some of the most well-known banks and funds to planning networking treks to SF and NYC. If you are looking for a club that will help your career development, but will also provide you with great experiences and memories, I’d highly encourage you to give it a shot."
