We are incredibly honored to welcome Dr. Eoin Devlin for an exclusive Guest Lecture Series! Dr. Devlin specializes in the political, religious, cultural, and diplomatic history of early modern Britain. His recent scholarly work includes contributions to ‘The Oxford History of British and Irish Catholicism’ and editing a forthcoming volume on 17th-century dynasties.

His distinguished academic career includes the prestigious CRASSH Conversions Fellowship at the University of Cambridge and a fellowship at Yale University's Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library.

Many OLLI at ASU members have already experienced Dr. Devlin's engaging teaching through the Lifelong Learning Summer Programme at Girton College, Cambridge. We are delighted he has accepted our invitation to visit ASU and share his expertise with our learning community.

Learning doesn't just happen in the classroom; sometimes it happens on the trail. 🌵

For years, OLLI at ASU has proudly partnered with the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy to bring the desert's history, geology, and ecology to life. OLLI member Mark Faller detailed how OLLI at ASU works together to create some curiosity magic for OLLI members.

"I just feel we can be a gateway to lifelong learning and a gateway to opportunities in the greater Phoenix area, to have partnerships with institutions, and really be a collaborator," says OLLI at ASU Director Jared Swerzenski.
