South Carolina Master Naturalist Program

South Carolina Master Naturalist Program A Master Naturalist is a person who has undergone specific training and who regularly volunteers time toward various projects.

Master Naturalist is a Clemson Extension Program. The South Carolina Master Naturalist program is developing a statewide corps of volunteers working within their communities to provide education, outreach and service dedicated to the beneficial management of natural resources and natural areas throughout the state.

FREE Invasive Plant Management Workshop
Thursday, May 21
Learn, Identify, and Take Action!

Join the staff of the South Carolina Botanical Garden for a free, hands-on workshop focused on identifying and removing common invasive plant species. Participants will receive their own species ID cards to help recognize invasive plants and will get personal guidance in the field on how to safely and effectively remove them. Note: We will be in the field for the entirety of this workshop.
