Rio is thrilled to announce that 2024 Paralympic Gold Medalist Matt Stutzman will serve as the 2026 Commencement Speaker! 🎓

At the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, Stutzman defeated the world’s top-ranked archers and set a Paralympic record with a 149/150 final score. Stutzman’s message aligns powerfully with the spirit of graduation, reminding students that limitations do not define potential—determination does.

Commencement will be held Saturday, May 9 at 1 pm on the Campus Green!
