Our scholars received a presentation on managing stress with the Pitt Department of Counseling and Behavioral Health, then got to unwind with a guided meditation led by the Stress-Free Zone. This program is designed to support youth and young people with experience in foster care, housing instability, or other life challenges as they navigate their path to college and beyond.
Through the program, students can receive support with college and financial aid applications, access tutoring and academic resources, explore future career paths, and build a strong, supportive community.
