Carnegie Mellon University Civil and Environmental Engineering and CMU Engineering and Public Policy's Lex Capestany, an ACS scholar who founded the Student Dining Advisory Committee, will return to his hometown of Seattle to join FacetNW, a civil engineering consulting firm whose services include structural and marine engineering and landscape architecture.
