Our June Phi of the Month is our legendary IFC Representative, Sean Xue. From New Jersey, Sean is a StatML and Electronic Music major going into his junior year. Sean has passions for making music, djing, lifting, golf, bouncing maybachs, red lobster biscuits, and doing problems in algebraic topology especially Galois representations and p-adic Hodge theory. After graduation, he plans to go into SWE at a big tech firm and/or start a bagel shop.

SWEETHEART SPOTLIGHT 🤍

From our graduating sweetheart, Bella Sierra:

“Hi guys! I’m Bella, a Senior graduating with a degree in Film and Business. I played on the Varsity Volleyball team and next year I will be the assistant coach, while also working for PNC. I’ve been the Phidelt Sweetheart for the past three years and my favorite memories have been getting to spend time with all the brothers and making it to the quarterfinals of BPL. Even though i’m leaving I loved my time as Sweetheart and excited for the future.”

From our new sweethearts, Rithi Kumar and Carolina Warring:

“Hi I’m Rithi! I’m a sophomore in Meche & BME. I’m an EMT on CMU EMS and I also TA for Introduction to MechE and CIT’s First Year Seminar. This is my first year as sweetheart and I’ve loved every minute. My favorite memory to date was Calzone Night!”

“Hi, I’m Carolina, and I’m a junior in MechE. On campus I am a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, I’m a structural chair for KKG booth, I’ve worked on Carnegie Mellon Racing and I was on orientation staff the past two years. My favorite PhiDelt memories are going whitewater rafting with some of the brothers, or literally any of the annual charity auctions 🧀.”

To the graduating brothers of Phi Delta Theta PA Rho, we wish you congratulations and farewell.

Their time in our chapter has been marked by wonderful accomplishments, and they will always have a home here. Their contributions to our brotherhood have been remarkable, inspiring countless brothers and Phikeia alike in their journeys to become the greatest versions of themselves. We wish them the best of luck in their future careers and other endeavors🍾🎉

Our May Phi of the Month is our fantastic Booth Structural Chair, Zach Schanker. A native of the Bay Area, Zach is a Mechanical Engineering major with passions for eating, lifting, and pushing for DG Buggy. Zach also serves as the President and Team Captain of the CMU Club Rugby team. After graduating, Zach wants to pursue a masters degree and eventually go into product design.

“Zach is one of the best Jewish guys I know. He might be a bit shy but he’s a real cutie patootie when you get nice and close to him.”

Booth ‘26. Thank you to all of the brothers that came to help out with the Phi Delt booth! This year, we built a Tame Impala beach house, winning 2nd overall in the fraternity category. A special shoutout to all of our wonderful booth chairs who made this possible!

Our April Phi of the Month is our goated former president, Spencer Fisher. Spencer is a CS major who was recently accepted to the Graduate CS program at CMU. In his free time Spencer enjoys playing soccer ⚽️, lifting 🏋️‍♂️, reading 📖, and watching movies 🎥. Spencer wants to work in the tech industry as a software engineer 💻 after completing his masters degree.
