From traveling the world as a professional dancer to inspiring the next generation in the classroom, Amanda Valletta has built a career fueled by her passion for both dance and education.

A graduate of Point Park University's M.Ed. in Dance Education program, Amanda credits the program with helping her combine those passions and prepare for a career teaching students of all ages. This fall, she'll begin two new roles as a dance educator in Philadelphia, bringing her unique experience as both a performer and teacher to the next generation.

Recent recruitment efforts have led to a 45% increase in applications and a 24% increase in enrollment from rural markets over the past three years.
