WBU Honors Program

Students from WBU’s Honors Program (Aracely Ortega, Jazmin Ortega, Marissa Armendariz, Lyndsay Thomas, and Alyssa Hernandez) volunteered their time Friday afternoon and Saturday morning at Compassionate Care Pregnancy Center. The Center had a giveaway event of baby clothing and baby items to new and expectant moms. In all, the event helped dozens of moms andchildren.

On Friday, 24 April, the Honors Program celebrated the Honors Program participants at the 44th annual Honors Luncheon. Graduating seniors who have completed their Honors thesis were John Bray, Trinity Davis, Garrett DeYong, and Arturo Flores. The Helen DeVitt Jones Scholars: Marissa Armendariz, John Bray, Hannah Poff, Lily Taylor, and Noah Dyson were also recognized. Congratulations!
