Student Organizations can reserve the pool tables in the Markee Pioneer Student Center for organization socials and events! Event Reservations can reserve the pool tables for you, just like they do meeting rooms.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Pizzapalooza & Outdoor Movie are relocating to Velzy Commons, Ullsvik Hall due to weather.

Join us at 7:30 p.m. to sample pizza from some of the favorite local pizza joints. Bring your blanket, stuff a custom UW-Platteville pillow and hang out with other students while enjoying a movie. 🍕

We are here at the Markee Pioneer Student Center hosting today's Parent and Family Farewell. Come on over to the Markee for sweet treats, a chance to win prizes, visit the UW-Platteville University Store, or get a drink at the Perk.

John Dunning, Assistant Chancellor/Chief Data Nerd, and Phillip Parker, Dean of UW-Platteville College of Engineering, Mathematics and Science just drew the first winner for the blanket and magnet give-a-way. McKenzie Murray can come to the Markee Information Canter to pick up your prize.

Today we celebrate Dr. Lisa Kratz as she gets ready to close out an incredible chapter at the Markee Pioneer Student Center. 💙 Lisa’s last day in the office is Tuesday, and while we’ll miss seeing her around the Markee, we are so excited for her as she begins this next chapter.

Please join us in wishing Lisa a very happy retirement! We hope this next chapter is filled with plenty of time for the people, places, and things you love most. Congratulations, Lisa! You will be missed! 🧡

Finals Week Support at the Markee. To help students during finals week, the Markee will have extended evening hours on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights and remain open until 11:00 p.m. Students will continue to have access to study spaces and the Bear’s Den during these extended hours.

Available throughout finals week:
The Snack Wagon will make multiple trips around the building each day.
Free study supplies will be available at the Information Center and PIC Front Desk.
Several meeting rooms will be reserved as open study spaces for individuals and groups.

Whether you need a quiet place to focus, a group study space, or a quick snack break, the Markee is here to support you during finals week. 💙🧡
