Since 1966, College Auxiliary Services (CAS) has served the SUNY Plattsburgh campus community through scholarships, program development, campus activities and much more. CAS is a separate nonprofit entity with the sole mission of supporting SUNY Plattsburgh students and the broader campus community. We manage and provide services that are not included within the New York state budget. Our main are

-Student shuttles and buses
-Laundry and vending services
-Property management (Valcour Inn & Boathouse & Twin Valleys Outdoor Education Center)

We brought the ballpark experience to campus with fresh cookies and Cracker Jack from the Cardinal Bakery, specialty menu items inspired by unique MLB stadium favorites, and a build-your-own sundae bar served in classic baseball hat cups. 🍦🧢

From first pitch to last bite, this event was a home run and a great way to celebrate America's favorite pastime through food and fun. ❤️⚾

The SASA Conference brought colleagues and guests from across the region to SUNY Plattsburgh this week, and we were honored to play a role in hosting and welcoming them.

These photos highlight a memorable evening at the Valcour Inn and Boathouse, where attendees gathered to enjoy great food, conversation, and the beauty of Lake Champlain. From conference catering to welcome baskets for our out-of-town guests, it was our pleasure to help create a warm and welcoming experience.

Events like this are only possible because of the dedication, teamwork, and countless hours contributed by organizers, staff, culinary teams, and venue partners. Thank you to everyone whose hard work helped create a meaningful and memorable experience for our guests.

On January 29th & 30th, we officially opened The Cardinal Market, The Nest, and Clinton Dining Hall with an incredible celebration full of energy, excitement, and community spirit. From the ribbon cutting ceremony to live DJ beats, delicious samples, and awesome prizes, it was a grand opening to remember! ❤️🖤
