The Detroit Area Phi Mu Alumnae chapter is enjoying an afternoon of sisterhood and bath bomb making at Buff City Soap in Canton, MI!

Date: Saturday, April 25th at 2pm
Where: Buff City Soap, Canton
Cost: $30 for members and $40 for non-members

Everyone will be taking home 5 custom bath bombs.

The event is limited to 10 sisters. Please DM us to RSVP

DAAC had such fun last week celebrating Phi Mu Night Out and giving pink carnations to our lovely sisters in honor of Founders’ Day!

We hope you will join us for dinner to celebrate Phi Mu Founders’ Day on March 12 at 6:30pm.

We have a reservation at Seldon Standard in midtown Detroit. The restaurant has its own small parking lot, which includes a couple of handicap parking spaces, and is also surrounded by paid street parking.

Please RSVP by March 10 through the Facebook event or by DMing us so we can ensure we update numbers with the restaurant.

The Detroit Area Alumnae Chapter provided a pizza dinner to our Heart to Heart Chapter, Central Michigan University, prior to their Alcohol Skills Training Presentation (ASTP). ASTP is a program, sponsored by Phi Mu Foundation, required for all Phi Mu chapters. ASTP empowers women to make positive choices around alcohol. The program was facilitated by area officer, and Detroit Alumnae Chapter Treasurer, Madison Pscheidl (Albion College). Big thanks to Phi Mu alumnae Yaritza Haboush (CMU) and Katherine Schmidt (Miami) for donating items for a "Swag Store" to make the presentation more fun!

📢Calling all volunteers 📢

Phi Mu HQ is looking for women who would be interested in serving on an Advisory council virtually.

What is an Advisory council? Advisory council is a collection of dedicated volunteers who work one on one to support a member of a collegiate chapter's exec board. Advisory council members assist; Treasurers, PR chairs, honor chairs, Sisterhood chairs and more!

Being a virtual Advisory council member would allow for you to have an impact on a Phi Mu chapter, regardless of your location!

Get ready to kick off another fantastic year with our alumnae chapter! You're invited to our annual Beginning of the Year Kickoff Dinner on Thursday, September 18th, at 6:30 PM at Carrabba's Italian Grill in Novi (43455 W Oaks Dr, Novi, MI 48377). This is the location across the street from 12 Oaks Mall in West Oaks.

This is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with old friends, meet new alumnae, and hear about all the exciting plans we have for the upcoming year. We'll enjoy delicious food and wonderful company as we celebrate our sisterhood.

DAAC enjoyed a wonderful Founders Day at President Marissa’s home - featuring our unofficial local mascot, Apollo “Sir Fidel” Smith, and a beautiful ritual ceremony 💗
