Our meetings are in the same place, same time as last quarter!

We have established all of our meeting dates and place for the Winter 2017 Quarter. As a reminder, our meeting time has not changed and is at 2P on (alternate) Fridays. We will be meeting in Building 5, Room 105 at 2:00P on the following dates:

Good Morning Everyone!

We attempted to use an online email delivery program and it has apparently not worked correctly. We will NOT be having a general meeting today since many board members, representatives, and the advisor are all attending the Cross Cultural Retreat. Our meetings will start next Friday. The president will resend emails out today from his school email.

Additionally, the budgets were already due as of last Friday.

We have NOT received half of the budgets. We were hoping that some organizations would have delivered them to the office door by now. An email will be sent today regarding budgets.

The budgets can be placed in the dropbox outside of MCC door. They can be placed in an envelope and delivered to OSLCC and let the front desk know it is to go into the MCC mailbox. The president will check both locations just before 5P. The board is also having to meet with various entities within ASI since we had organizations that recently chartered.

Hello Everyone!

We have our end of the year meeting this Friday December 2, 2016 2-4P! It will be in the BSC Orion Suite! The agenda will be emailed out today after it has gained approval. We hope to see you all there!

Good Evening Everyone!

We want to thank everyone for their diligence and contacting of the council throughout the quarter. As you know tomorrow is our QUARTERLY EVENT! Woot woot!

There will NOT be a meeting tomorrow in addition to the event. The reason for the gap is because our meeting fell on a holiday (November 11th).

We apologize for the confusion that has taken place with our meetings. Due to the different processes that have occurred this year our meetings were not as established as we hoped.

We are setting our meeting dates for winter quarter and will from this quarter forward have more information out in advance and ensure to have our board introduce themselves and make themselves available.

Additionally, we will be sending out email communications in the morning with reminders for the rest of the quarter, interesting information, and requests. It will be going out to organization presidents from the board directly instead of using myBAR.

Hello Everyone! THIS FRIDAY is our quarterly event from 8-11P.

We understand that the event was previously advertised to be a different time; however, due to the holiday taking the place of our normal meeting time and changes that happened this week we were not officially finalized until today.

We hope that everyone can attend our event and set-up a club rush table. IF you cannot find someone to attend we understand due to last minute changes.

Hello Everyone! WE have finalized our meeting place for tomorrow and should have the rest of the quarter decided by end of business tomorrow!

Tomorrow Friday the 28th we will be having our General Meeting in the BSC Games Room from 2:00-3:00P!

Please bring a list of all of your organizations events (with details: time, place, what) to the meeting so we can create a MCC Fall Quarter Calendar!

Also, our Fall quarterly WILL be taking place on November 17th at 6pm in BRONCO COMMONS with more information to come in the next few days!

We will be emailing details to the primary contacts shortly.

We are having a Special Meeting tomorrow in Building 5, Room 124 from 2-3p.

Please spread the word; the meeting is a short notice as it will be officially considered an Emergency Meeting which we will discuss in the meeting. Even if you are not rechartered please come to the meeting and let us know your status.

Hello Everyone!

We are so happy that so many clubs and organizations are being proactive this year! Due to the changes in policies and registration we are waiting for the next roster update to see if we have enough clubs and organizations to meet quorum.

We are hoping to have a meeting in 1-2 weeks depending on what happens with the registration process.

ALSO please update MyBAR primary contacts; we will be sending out a mandatory form through MyBAR. We will be utilizing MyBAR heavily this year to communicate, record details, and manage our roster.

Meeting will be in Orion at 2pm today. It is the last meeting so let's get it going once it hits the time and enjoy the food that will be provided. Reps can bring 2-3 people but food needs to be handed out to everyone once and then if there is extra, we can provide seconds. Thank you
