AIChE Cal Poly Pomona Chapter American Institute of Chemical Engineers: California State Polytechnic University, Pomona Chapter We are the Cal Poly Pomona Chapter for AIChE.

The American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) is a professional organization for chemical engineers. As of 2010, AIChE had over 40,000 members, including members from over 90 countries worldwide. Our organization's mission is to provide networking opportunities in academia and industry to Cal Poly Pomona students in chemical engineering. AIChE: Cal Poly Pomona provides academic workshops an

d presentations from well-qualified guest speakers from industry to help students with networking, seeking internship opportunities, and gaining more information on the chemical engineering as a professional career. In addition, AIChE: Cal Poly Pomona provides academic help to our members with the chemical engineering curriculum as well as organizing fun, social events to meet fellow chemical engineering students on campus. General Membership for 2014-2015 is $20 and comes with an AICHE-CPP T-shirt. Good afternoon everyone

We at AICHE welcome you back to Cal Poly Pomona. We are excited to share with you guys the events we have planned for this week‼️

First off, we will have our AICHE Game Night on TODAY Wednesday September 10th in Bldg. 17 Rm 2123 from 6 PM- 8 PM.

Secondly, we will have our ChemE Club General Body Meeting on Thursday September 11th in Bldg. 17 Rm 2123 from 12 PM - 1 PM(U-Hour).

These are THE events to get yourself involved with the ChemE clubs, connect with another ChemE students and see what is planned for the semester! Definitely worth it to swing by!!

Good morning. Hope you all have had a restful break🪻

We at CPP AIChE are excited to announce our April Info Session!!. This Info Session will be withSoCal Gas which will have guest speaker Maryam S. Brown WHO IS CEO OF THE COMPANY!!!. This event will take place during U-Hour(12-12:50 pm) on April 10th at Building 17 Room 1623.

Ms. Brown will be coming down to talk about her personal experience within the gas industry as well as give insight to the journey she had to take to get where she is now.

This is an AMAZING time to come down to the session and gain insight on what to expect as you all grow in professional experiences.😁

Hello !! and Happy March🍀

We, CPP AIChE, are very excited to present and announce to you our March Info Session. We will be hosting Senior Project Info Sessions on Tuesday, March 18th and Thursday, March 20th during U-hour(12-1 pm). We will be having Professors from the ChemE Department speak about the projects they offer and give advice for those who still looking for projects.

Chemical Engineering students should do their Senior Projects during Junior year /Once they have completed all their 2000 level core classes. Senior Projects are year-long projects and HAVE TO BE STARTED during the fall semester so it’s a good time to look at your options. Come by both info sessions to see all the project options and clear up any questions you have.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR SOPHOMORES AND JUNIORS STANDING STUDENTS!!

We, CPP AICHE, are excited to announce our FIRST Spring Semester Info Session with Technip Energies on Tuesday, February 4th during U-Hour (12 to 1 pm). We will be having Guest Speakers talk about their experiences in the engineering industry.
They will also be open to any questions you guys might have about the company or the industry. Technip is a company that works with energy based engineering so this will be an amazing time to learn about Technip as well as connect with company representatives!!!. The event will be held in Building 17 @ Room 1635
