The UC has been providing higher education services to Ponca City since 1999. With over a thousand graduates since inception, UC graduates are proudly serving Ponca City, Kay County, and the state of Oklahoma. We aim to ensure place-bound citizens have options to continue their education and meet key workforce needs in our region. The UC partners with Northern Oklahoma College and Northwestern Okl

ahoma State University to bring 2 year, 4 year, and graduate-level degrees to Ponca City. These programs are designed to work with the schedules of our students, minimize travel to distant communities, and intended to equip you with the knowledge to succeed in future career fields. In addition, the UC provides academic advisement, IT services, and testing services for our students. Interested individuals in pursuing a degree, or needing to ask questions are encouraged to call or come by the UC today!
