We are proud to recognize nurses on International Nurses Day! The dedication, compassion, and the vital healthcare role that nurses fill is limitless. Since 1992, ENMU Portales has been strengthening the nursing field by educating and training our students to be the best practitioners they can be. Our schools, communities, and lives are made safer by every single nurse.

We are proud of our Greyhound Nurses who graduated this spring, receiving their nursing pins and entering the long tradition of critical care and compassion.

This year, our Greyhounds tackled tough assignments, gathered in celebration, created strong bonds, and built a home on ENMU’s campus. We are so proud of all the accomplishments of our students, faculty, staff, and alumni this year. Speaking at the legislative session in Santa Fe, networking for a greater community, and building our new Student Support Services building, have made us prouder than ever to be !

Behind every request for help is a student who is doing everything right—showing up to class, studying late, pushing toward their degree—while wondering where their next meal will come from.
