For those who don't speak Spanish, we offer this article summary: Writer Marc Casanovas from the Spanish periodical La Vanguardia, Santa Fe, Argentina interviewed Food Studies Professor Jamie Picardy on her recent research with consumer knowledge of and preferences for seafood.
