In industry and government, considerable demand exists for professionals who are skilled in modern methods of decision making and systems design and who are capable of managing complex social and technical systems. Systems theorists also continue to make important contributions to the growth of knowledge within academic disciplines and to the application of knowledge across disciplinary boundaries.

STUDENTS! This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your brilliance!

The Student Research Symposium will take place Wednesday, May 10, in Smith Memorial Student Union from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. For more information regarding the Symposium, please visit the PSU Student Research Symposium homepage.

The deadline for students to submit proposals online is Monday, April 24. Students and their advisers can view posters and presentations from last year's event through PDXScholar.
