TITLE
Office Manager
PURPOSE
To provide administrative support to SARSSM’s programs and the Executive Director
ACCOUNTABILITY
The Office Manager is accountable to the Executive Director
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent life and work experience
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be flexible and respond to changing priorities
• Awareness of and sensitivity to issues of sexual victimization

RESPONSIBILITIES
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
• Perform routine office tasks including photocopying, tracking office supplies, collection and distribution of mail, etc.
• Assist the Executive Director in the administration of agency business, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Preparation of agency manuals and brochures.
• Preparation of statistical reports, including, all agency programs, DHHS, MECASA, municipalities, and others as requested by the Executive Director.
• Ensure the maintenance and operation of all office equipment, including telephone, fax, copy machine, postage meter and computers, monitor messages from infosars.com.
• Organize and supervise bulk mailings
• Maintain databases, including data entry into the donor database, Exceed.
• Help organize logistics and materials for Special Events and fundraising.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.
