Cultivate a state of lucid awareness and learn to draw the power and magic of dreaming into consensus reality.

This course is a deep dive into ways of cultivating a state of lucid awareness which will help you draw the power and magic of the dreaming into consensus reality โ€“ what Arnold Mindell called Dreaming While Awake. Together, we will experience ways to develop an ongoing and conscious conversation with our Big U - the Universe itself.

In the six modules weโ€™ll discuss the dreaming as the oldest and most personal oracle, revisit the levels of dreaming and types of dreams, learn ways to embody and unfold dreams, understand why developing a symbolic attitude opens us to the language of the Cosmos, scan the current science around dreams and consciousness, explore how the Processwork dreaming model corresponds with other theoretical frameworks, and investigate concepts of the conscious universe through time.

In addition, there will be two group mentoring sessions to encourage participants to use the exercises

What shows up in an individual body or dream is never separate from what's happening in the larger field around them. Personal and collective aren't two different categories, they're the same process, seen at different scales.

Don't abandon your inner mystic...

This series is for you if:

๐ŸŒ€ You wish to go beyond dream interpretation into the heart of the eternal conversion between the individual and the cosmos.

๐ŸŒ€ You crave experiential learning that brings you into and out of deep altered states, allows you to embody archetypical energies, and moves you into your childhood dream to explore its larger mythological context

๐ŸŒ€ You seek second training practice to sit in the silence โ€œbetweenโ€ worlds so that you can recognize and weave together multi-channel information strands into a pattern of coherence.

๐ŸŒ€ You are curious about what mainstream science has to say about altering brain and behavior patterns and how dreams are a key to unlocking this in novel ways.

๐ŸŒ€ You want to understand more about the timeless frameworks of the Shamanism, alchemy, myth, and story to investigate the collective dimension of consciousness.

๐ŸŒ€ You work with individuals who have faced trauma and want to understand how dreams can be used to identify when and how people might be ready to explore these difficult experiences.

๐ŸŒ€ You are interested in understanding how science, the mainstream and upstream communities have framed the idea of a conscious universe in the past, how it is emerging now and how the Processwork paradigm intersects with the now.

๐ŸŒ€ You want to explore, have fun, and internalize complex concepts in an open learning ecosystem.

Led by Hellene Gronda and @ , you'll explore how to link your life myth to your work in the world to make it more sustainable and infuse it with your deepest self.

After sharing their ideas, they will work with someone from the group in the middle to demonstrate the practice of birthing your life myth. Everyone will also receive a handout with an exercise to try on your own!

If youโ€™d like to work in the middle, please be ready to share an earliest memory or recurring dream along with a short description of your current or emerging project in the world. We will spin a pen on the day to decide who will work for the group.

STARTING TOMORROW! Sign UP Here: https://experience.processwork.org/spaces/22382532/about

Video study is a key tool that helps processworkers notice subtle signals and patterns that can fly by unnoticed when weโ€™re working with someone in real time. Practicing with video can fine-tune our observational skills. Video study gives new insights about sessions weโ€™ve already facilitated, which helps us come back to a client with fresh understanding. Studying videos also refines our perception so we can work more precisely and deeply.

Newest edition of Ask a Processworker is LIVE! With Niyati Evers

View here: https://youtu.be/fin2U8KDM-o

World issues are not 'out there' in the world. They show up in our daily lives, with our friends, family and loved ones.

Disagreements on social issues can tear relationships apart, but is there another way? And what insights or wisdom does Processwork have to offer this all-too-common experience?

In this month's Ask a Processworker, Niyati Evers speaks on family and what to do when values split a relationship down the middle.
