The ND Club of Portland is proud to continue its partnership with Rebuilding Together PNW!

Coinciding with the Notre Dame Global Day of Service on Saturday, 4/25, club members are invited to join alums Albert Alter '69 and Tom Kuhns '64 to build a new, handicap accessible entry ramp for a home in the Centennial neighborhood in outer SE Portland.

Minimum age for this project is 16 years old, including a signed parental waiver.

Join the ND Club of Portland this Sunday as we march in the St. Patrick's Day Parade! This is an awesome, family friendly event that will let you showcase all of your Fighting Irish Spirit, toss candy, and wave to the crowd. The parade will start at 1:30 pm so please arrive at 1:00 pm

The gathering spot is the baseball field next to Fernwood/Beverly Cleary school on NE Handcock St (just west of NE 33rd Ave) - look for our club sign.

Happy New Year from the ND Club of Portland!

Start off 2026 with club members at St. Andre Bessette this Sunday, 1/4! Father Randy will be celebrating Mass at 10:00AM, and then we will head upstairs for a light reception and hygiene kit assembly.

All ages are welcome!

Please join us for the 1st Annual NDWC Christmas Cookie Exchange. It will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at 2:00 pm as we restart the Portland Chapter of ND Women Connect! It's a great way to get into the holiday spirit!

The University recognizes the importance of ND Women Connect as an meaningful way for ND women to continue to support each other socially, professionally, and spiritually, and to be a "Force for Good" within their local communities. After a several year break, we will be reviving this wonderful group to connect, support, and celebrate!

We will join together on Sunday, December 7th, at 2:00 pm for a Christmas cookie exchange, as well as a discussion about what we would like this group to look like in the future. We will meet in SW Portland (address provided upon RSVP). Please RSVP to Kelly at [email protected]. If you are interested in attending future events with this group but are unable to attend on 12/7, email Kelly to help provide input on potential events and activities in the future.

Please join us tomorrow, Tuesday, October 21st at 7pm for our annual Hesburgh Lecture with guest speaker JJ Wright. The event will be held at the University or Portland in the Brian Doyle Auditorium (Dundon-Berchtold Hall).

This lecture is free and open to the public. We hope that you’ll join us to learn about Jazz and Sacred Music.
