Laurie is a junior at Portland State University studying marketing. She is actively involved in Future Connect, a program that supports students in overcoming barriers to higher education, and is a member of The Marketing Collective. As a peer mentor, she helps fellow transfer students navigate the challenges of transitioning into university life.

Beyond academics, Laurie is an equestrian with a passion for supporting small and underrepresented businesses. Her long-term goal is to create a marketing firm dedicated to helping these businesses thrive.
