📢 WIND PLAYERS: IT’S YOUR TURN TO LEAD.

A common myth in tango is that playing a la parrilla is reserved for the piano or guitar. The truth? Wind instruments are essential to the spontaneous "real-time arranging" that defines the genre.

Paulina Fain explains that once you master the marking models and learn to toggle between expressive and rhythmic phrasing, you can stop relying on the page and start proposing musical ideas to your musicians in real-time.

At our 10th Anniversary at , you'll gain the tools to:
- Execute marking models with confidence.
- Shape your melodies to drive the ensemble's energy.
- Collaborate and lead "on the fly."

Connecting through spontaneous creation is why we are here. Don’t miss the chance to unlock this skill!

"The best way of getting your sound going."
As we count down to our 10th Anniversary at Reed College , we’re focusing on the essential bonds that make a tango orchestra roar. In this year’s program, pianists and bassists will work side-by-side with Exequiel Mantega and Seba Noya in real time to refine their groove and repertoire.

This isn’t just a lesson—it’s an invitation to find your sound through the perspective of your "musical best friend." These collaborative sessions are designed for all levels, fostering an inclusive environment where we celebrate our differences through the music.

⏳ ACT NOW: We have reached the final countdown. Only a few last early bird spots left!
