Hello everyone, my name is Jacob Smathers and I am over our BADdies committee here in the Housing & Residence Life Office. What is the BADdies committee? We are a strong group of resident assistants who strive to Build Awareness of Diversity here on campus and we'd like to tell you about an event happening tonight:

Tonight we are hosting a Su***de Prevention Month Night of Listening at 7:00pm! This link will take you to the Microsoft Stream service Shawnee State University provides and offers a way to view our discussion, listen to viewer submissions, and add you comments or questions in our live chat. We hope you all join us tonight in a safe space to hear others' stories, learn about campus and community mental health resources you can take advantage of, as well as honoring those we have lost in a moment of silence and our own virtual candle vigil.

This talk will be recorded and available to watch or rewatch at a later date too! If you have any questions about tonight’s event you can contact me, Jacob Smathers at [email protected]!
