Dear Graduates,
You are invited to Count Down to Commencement on February 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Sodexo Ballroom. This is a chance to order your cap and gown, invitations and class ring. Payment is expected at the time of the order.

You may also do a class audit, and find out how to do your exit counseling if you receive financial aid. Career Services is offering something new this year. They will be offering a session on interview skills at 11:30 in the East Ballroom, and will be offering a session on how to dress for an interview at noon. At 12:30 the Office of Financial Aid will conduct a session on exit counseling. All sessions are in the East Ballroom.

In order to make this fun for you, the more sessions and tables you visit during the Count Down, the more raffle tickets you will receive for the chance to win great door prizes. Door prizes will include a diploma frame, restaurant gift cards, Shawnee gear and more.

We will also have free food, and information about Spring Commencement. You can also get your picture taken with Shawn E. Bear or your friends while wearing a cap and gown.
