Dynamics day was a huge success with great finishes from our team:

S&T - 3rd - 44.660 seconds
Maneuverability - 57th - 82.027 seconds
Hill Climb - 39th - 16.193 seconds
Acceleration - 42nd - 4.372 seconds

“You wanna know the forecast? A hundred percent chance of THUNDER! KA-CHICK-A!!!” -Chick Hicks, 2006

Day 1: Our car waited for engine check. Chick Hicks definitely brought the thunder because the site had to shut down early due to an extreme weather alert.

Day 2: passed engine check, tech, egress, and brake check all in one day. We had a lot of fun running all over the site to accomplish this!

Our 2026 car is finally complete! Inspired by Chick Hicks from the movie Cars, this vehicle will be raced for the first time at Baja SAE New York in June. Another great weekend in the shop! As deadlines get closer our team is busier than ever finishing parts for the car.

This weekend we sanded and prepped the hood mold, inserts were started and parts for the steering rack were worked on.
