It is with a sad heart that I report that Brother Victor Upchurch has been admitted to the Celestial Masonic Lodge. He passed away this evening surrounded by family. His presence here touched many Masonic Brothers. He was a great teacher and will be missed. He was a 50 year Mason and over his years in Masonry he was Worshipful Master at Oriental Lodge, Worshipful Master at Powell Lodge and was currently serving as Worshipful Master at Beaver Ridge Lodge. Arrangements will be posted as soon as available. "Well done good and faithful servant ... well done"

Powell Masters Lodge had a great meeting last night. A large crowd including several visitors from local Lodges. We all enjoyed a delicious riggatoni meal and great deserts.

We had a good practice for the upcoming Master Mason Degree yesterday. We also enjoyed a Happy Birthday celebration for Brother Art! Master Mason Degree next week, February 26. Eat at 6:00 pm, Degree at 7:00 pm.
