🌎Team Asia: Country #2🌎
God has brought us safely back from country #2. We walked across the border both ways with no trouble. While we were there…
👦🏻We visited faithful friends who planted a church in this region and have had an orphanage for many years. We listened for an hour or more to their stories of the Lord’s protection and blessing in a country without freedom to worship God.
💍We participated in a gospel outreach to women and their children. We helped 30 children make tie-dye t-shirts and gave jewelry and face creams to their mothers. Thank you to the ladies from Temple Baptist Church who donated the jewelry. The women asked us to help them put on the jewelry as soon as they received it and were so happy!
🎈We visited a second orphanage for disabled children. Many of them simply wanted someone to hug and give them a little attention. We also sang and made animal balloons.
We see God’s hand at work despite being in a place that hinders the gospel going forth freely. Please pray for us tomorrow as we travel by overnight train to country #3 for an English camp next week. Pray for gospel opportunities.
