We were honored to lead a professional development workshop at the recent Design-Your-Own (DYO) Service fellows retreat, focusing on the importance reflection plays in finding personally meaningful work.

Princeton alumni who worked with nonprofit organizations worldwide as part of Princeton University's Project Tiger Futures initiative gathered together for a three-day retreat over spring break.
