🏈 Selling your home after the Super Bowl may seem like an unusual time to put your property on the market, but it can actually be a great opportunity to get a head start on the competition. The winter months can be a slower time for real estate, which means there may be less competition for buyers. This can be an advantage for sellers as it may mean a quicker sale and potentially a higher price.

One of the first things to consider when selling your home after the Super Bowl is timing. Many homeowners tend to wait until the spring or summer to list their homes, as the weather is nicer and the days are longer. However, this also means that there are more homes on the market for buyers to choose from. By listing your home after the Super Bowl, you may have a better chance of standing out to buyers who are looking to make a move quickly.

I will help you keep an eye on the housing market trends in your area and provide you the latest market data.

When it comes to preparing your home for sale, it's important to make sure it's in tip-top shape. This means decluttering, deep cleaning, and making any necessary repairs. You can also consider doing some minor renovations to make your home more appealing to buyers. The more you can do to make your home look its best, the more likely you are to get a good price.

By considering the timing, housing market, and marketing your home, you can make the most of this time of year and increase your chances of a successful sale. Please Reach out and lets schedule meeting to go over your 2023 real estate goals. 🏈

If you are ready to purchase, but are hesitant because of rates, a temporary buydown could be a great option for you. A 2-1 buydown program is a financing offer to reduce your interest rates for the first two years of a mortgage. If you opt for a 2-1 buydown, your interest rate as a buyer is reduced by 2% the first year and 1% the second year.

Contact me today to discuss how a 2-1 buydown could be a part of your next homebuying journey:
