Mindfulness That Heals ✨

In a recent session of Brown University’s Evolution of Mindfulness speaker series, Dr. David Treleaven joined Lynn Koerbel and Dr. Shufang Sun of the Mindfulness Center at Brown University to explore how trauma and the nervous system are reshaping mindfulness practice.

The conversation highlighted how trauma-sensitive mindfulness can widen access to practice through choice, agency, embodiment and compassion. It reminds us that healing happens through curiosity and care, not force.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this thoughtful discussion.
