It’s time for our opening social for the fall semester! We’ll be serving hot dogs outside of the Kimball Tower in the South Quad on Thursday (September 8) from 11-1pm. We’ll have a booth for club sign ups and t-shirts for members of the club. Come for a chance to meet your fellow Neuroscience majors, talk to faculty, or just get a free lunch! We are excited to announce our last activity for the semester. To help you study for finals, we are organizing a pizza study party on Friday the 15th from 11-2 pm. We will have Costco pizza and some tables ready for you to come and join other people studying for the same finals you need to take. Dr. Nielson is one of our own neuroscience professors right here at BYU and his research focuses on how neurological and psychiatric illnesses can disrupt the organization of the brain.
