The mission of McConnell Library is to build strong relationships and advance learning with all members of the Radford University community. Open to any teaching faculty at Radford, wanting to learn more about Open Educational Resources [OER]. VIVA offers a $200 stipend per calendar year to Virginia higher ed faculty members who first attend this session, THEN review a textbook in the Open Textbook Library by early September.
