🌟Meet Hayle Bare, a recent 2026 of the Master of Social Work program from Sparta, North Carolina. Bare served as an ambassador for Waldron on the Radford University main campus during her senior year, representing social work. She plans to work in a clinical social work setting. She says, “Radford’s small class sizes and personalized support have been invaluable to my growth. What I have appreciated most is how invested professors are in my success and how connected and supportive the campus community feels.”

Rally in the Valley 2026 was a fantastic experience for our BSW students, graduate assistants, and faculty! This annual conference brings together BSW programs from throughout Virginia. Students explored graduate and professional opportunities, attended interactive workshops and poster presentations, and built connections with their peers.
